Two more UNP parliamentarians yesterday (7) announced their decision to support the government’s 18th Amendment.
UNP Gampaha District parliamentarian and actress Upeksha Swarnamali also known as Pabha had met President Mahinda Rajapaksa and pledged support to the 18th Amendment to the Constitution.
The Information Department stated that UNP Nuwara Eliya District parliamentarian Jaya Sri Ranga has also extended his support to the government’s 18th Amendment.
