But no houses are being build for the Tamil IDP's. There was 100,000 Tamil homes destroyed by the military forces in the Vanni.
ReplyDeleteIt is 16 months since teh end of the war, and over 350,000 Tamils were living well, and happily at the beginning of 2008 in the Vanni before the war.
