  1. This is totally false. I was there two weeks ago and i saw media and wildlife officers using tractors and backoes to dig water holes on the sand banks over there saying there is no water. We travelled around the lake and found lots of water literally a mere 200m away from where these people were digging. Elephants are not dying of thirst as there is lots of water still left. The media and wildlife dept are showing a false image and using this as a face to do sand mining
